Stuart Donnelly

Stuart leads Brunswick’s Spain practice. He has a wide range of experience in advising major corporations on both financial and corporate communications, including corporate positioning, complex high profile M&A, restructurings and crises.

He joined Brunswick in London in 2009. In June 2014, Stuart completed a 3 year secondment to the US where he helped launch and build Brunswick’s Dallas office.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Stuart qualified as a lawyer at Weil Gotshal & Manges. At Weil, Stuart played a significant role in the Lehman Brothers restructuring.

Stuart is a member of the Governing Council of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain and currently serves as Vice President.

In 2005, Stuart graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Medieval & Modern Languages.
