Sayagi Vallipuram

Sayagi advises clients across sectors on contested M&A transactions, financial communications, high-profile litigation as well as issues and crisis management. She focuses on the media & entertainment sector and has particular expertise counselling family and founder-led clients.

Sayagi has complementary experience advising clients on hostile M&A defense, antitrust cases and litigation, where she covers financial, political and social issues and stakeholders. Prior, Sayagi served as Chief of Staff to Sir Alan Parker, Chairman and Founder of Brunswick Group, focusing on management, corporate strategy, financial performance and governance. Sayagi was involved in the development of the firm’s partnership with its investor, BDT Capital Partners.

Sayagi read International Politics at King’s College London, during which time she also studied abroad at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and specialized in foreign security policy. She is a native French and Tamil speaker.
