Ninio brings over a decade of experience in politics, government, and corporate advisory to counsel clients on public affairs, regulatory, crisis, and other reputational challenges. He serves as Brunswick’s U.S. Healthcare & Life Sciences Sector Manager and is a member of the firm’s U.S. Public Affairs practice.

Before Brunswick, Ninio held key communications roles in the first Trump administration. Most recently, he was appointed Director of Strategic Communications for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, serving as the principal communications advisor to the Administrator and overseeing all communications for the $1.2 trillion federal regulator.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was detailed to the White House to support the Coronavirus Task Force with messaging and media strategy and the rollout of Operation Warp Speed. Earlier in the administration, he was appointed Assistant White House Press Secretary, serving as the primary spokesman for the president’s domestic policy agenda.

Prior to public service, Ninio held several roles at the Republican National Committee supporting presidential, senatorial, and congressional campaigns.

He holds a BA in Political Communication from The George Washington University.
