Melissa Ward
Partner, Head of UK Operations
Melissa oversees Brunswick’s Operations in the UK and is a member of the regional leadership team.
Melissa supports the firm’s growth in the region by setting strategic direction and translating this into deliverable operational plans, leading on business transformation initiatives in London across our clients, operations and culture.
Having been with the firm for over 15 years, Melissa has worked both in London and internationally in Hong Kong, in group management roles and in a client advisory capacity, with a focus on financial situations in the consumer and private equity sectors. Melissa was previously Chief of Staff to Sir Alan Parker, Chairman of Brunswick. Melissa joined Brunswick from law firm Dickson Minto WS, where she spent four years as a corporate and commercial lawyer, focusing on M&A.
Melissa graduated from The University of Edinburgh with joint honours in Law and Economics. She also has a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and has attended the Leading Professional Service Firms executive education program at Harvard Business School.
