Kate has extensive financial, crisis and corporate communications experience spanning London and the Asia Pacific region.
She works across a number of sectors with a particular focus on professional and financial services as well as agriculture. She is an M&A and IPO specialist having advised on high profile public and private market transactions and some 20 flotations across leading international stock exchanges.
Kate joined Brunswick in London in 2000 from investment bank Kleinwort Benson where she worked on M&A and capital market transactions. She headed up the global property and professional services sector teams before moving to Singapore as Office Head to set up our Southeast Asia practice in August 2013. Kate relocated from Singapore to Hong Kong in 2019 as Head of Hong Kong returning to the UK in 2021.
Kate began her career as a member of the British diplomatic service after graduating from Oxford University with a First Class degree in Physics. She served as an independent non-executive director of IBEX35 company, Cellnex Telecom from 2021-2025 and was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
