Felix Morlock

Felix advises clients on financial and corporate communication issues with a special focus on public M&A, shareholder activism and investor relations.

He is a trusted adviser to clients across a variety of sectors. At Brunswick, clients have included Volkswagen, BASF, Merck, Hugo Boss, INDITEX, among others.

He joined Brunswick in 2009 and in 2011 was seconded to London. Upon his return, he has worked across Germany from the Frankfurt office.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Felix worked in the investment banking division of the M&A group at Rothschild Frankfurt. He graduated from European School of Business (ESB) with a degree in International Business.
