Fabiola leads the global People Team to drive the firm’s talent strategy and embed a culture of learning, innovation and high performance. The people team works collaboratively across all our regions and supports the careers and development of all our colleagues, fostering team spirit and high engagement for future growth.
With over two decades of experience, Fabiola brings deep expertise in building human-centric, globally impactful people strategies. She has managed numerous transformational people initiatives, navigating complex change and guiding leaders with innovative systems thinking.
She joined Brunswick from McArthurGlen Group, where as Chief People Officer she rebuilt the HR function and worked on leadership development, culture and transformation. She has held senior global roles at The Body Shop International, L’Oréal, Coty, and the UK Department for Work and Pensions.
She holds an MSc in Organisational and Behavioural Change from Ashridge (Hult) Business School and is currently pursuing an MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy. She is a trustee at the Institute of Business Ethics in London.
