Elaine is a leader in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, delivering a unique blend of financial expertise and communications acumen to act as a trusted advisor to boards and senior management across the region.
Her experience spans public and private transactions, crisis, investor relations, and financial communications.
Elaine leads Brunswick Hong Kong, advising some of Asia-Pacific’s most prominent organisations across a range of high stakes issues. In addition to that role, Elaine is also the Asia-Pacific lead for Brunswick’s Financial Situations Practice. In this capacity, she has provided senior, specialist counsel on high-profile transactions.
Elaine has a strong background in complex financial communications, having led the investor relations function for a US-listed company. Prior to that, she was an auditor with Deloitte. Elaine holds a B.A. from Nanjing University, and completed her Master’s qualification at INSEAD. She speaks fluent English and Mandarin Chinese.
