Simon Sporborg

Simon leads the firm’s global Financial Practice, working on a wide range of Brunswick’s most significant and important clients advising at Board level across financial communications, deals, crises and high stakes advisory work.
He has worked at Brunswick since 1998 becoming a Partner in 2005 and Managing Partner of the UK, between 2014 and 2021. As Managing Partner, Simon oversaw the fundamental shift from Brunswick’s longstanding position as the UK’s market leader in financial communications to a much stronger and more diverse client offering across public affairs, cyber, litigation, investor engagement, employee engagement and digital, among others.
Simon has held Board positions at a number of charities including Place2Be and Central School of Ballet, and he was a Non-Executive Director of a creative business during its integration, turnaround and a period of rapid growth.
Prior to Brunswick, Simon completed an MBA at Bayes Business School and served in the British Army.
