Adam leads the firm’s pricing function and is head of the Global Fee Committee. He is responsible for shaping and executing a commercial strategy that puts value and impact at the heart of all that we do.
He and his team provide expert support in the shaping of compelling proposals & value propositions, the structuring of commercial arrangements which are optimised for both clients and Brunswick, and lead client / procurement fee negotiations.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2021, Adam was a Managing Director with Accenture, advising a wide range of clients as part of the Strategy Practice, leading the firm’s European Pricing function and acting as a core member of the Global Negotiations Centre of Excellence.
Adam holds an MBA from Henley, a BA in Politics & Economics from the University of Warwick, is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development and is a certified Business Coach. He spent his early career as an Officer in the British Army where he rose to the rank of Major while serving in a wide range of roles at Regimental Duty, within Headquarters and on operational deployments.
