Lauren Nadig

Lauren is a seasoned operations leader with over 15 years of experience in communications, operations, strategy, and organizational management.

As Partner and Head of Operations for the Americas, she plays a key role in driving results in the region at the intersection of talent, finance and strategy. She has a proven track record in change management, overseeing cross-functional teams and implementing commercial business strategies that support client impact.

Prior to her current role at Brunswick, Lauren supported many of Brunswick’s clients in executive communications, crisis management and business transformation. Before joining the firm in 2008, she served as a publicist at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia.

Lauren holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS in communications from Emerson College.
