Sabine Morgenthal

Sabine is Head of the Frankfurt Office and leads the Financial Institutions Group in Germany.

She has a long-standing track record advising companies on financial and corporate communication issues. She specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A, IPOs, financial restructurings, and corporate positioning.

Before joining Brunswick in 2002, she advised corporates on a number of listings and M&A at a leading international communications advisory firm. She is a trained banker and holds a business degree from Münster and Grenoble.
