Jade Mamarbachi

Jade co-leads the Capital Markets team in the Gulf region.

In the last 5 years, the practice has completed over 20 IPOs in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, advising on over $20bn worth of fundraising activity, alongside significant local and cross-border M&As. Jade also retains a deep interest in the energy, technology, and start-up sectors, advising senior management on strategy, campaigns, positioning and media relations.

Prior to Brunswick, Jade worked in Dubai for Grayling, establishing their financial and corporate comms practice; and before then, was 7 years in London.

Jade holds an MA from the University of St Andrews. In 2023, Jade was named by MergerLinks as a “Top M&A PR Consultant (EMEA)” and in 2024, by PR Week in their “Middle East Power Book 2024.”
