Rory Macpherson

One of the founding partners of Brunswick’s Sydney office, Rory advises companies from financial services to tech, healthcare, infrastructure and energy and resources.

He provides counsel to Boards and management teams on effective approaches to managing complex issues relating to cross-border M&A, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement and corporate reputation management.

Prior to joining Brunswick in 2013, Rory led the corporate communications and investor relations functions at NYSE-listed Suntech Power. Rory previously worked for Ogilvy Public Relations in Beijing where he advised multiple China-based companies on initial public offerings on Nasdaq and the NYSE.

Rory holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Mandarin Chinese, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of Sydney.
