Roberta Lippi

Roberta leads Brunswick’s office in Brazil, helping clients navigate complex environments and critical situations that may affect their reputation locally and globally.
She advises C-suite executives in areas such as crisis management, corporate positioning, M&A, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and executive training.
A former journalist, Roberta reported for major Brazilian business outlets such as Valor Econômico, Gazeta Mercantil, and Folha de S. Paulo. She also co-authored a book on corporate innovation published by Valor Econômico.
Before joining Brunswick in 2013, she ran her own communications consultancy, providing strategic advice and content production services for leading companies and media outlets in Brazil. She was also communications coordinator at Brasilprev.
Roberta holds a Journalism degree, with postgraduate studies in Management from Insper and in International Corporate Communications from Syracuse University/Aberje.
She is a member of the Sustainability Committee at Instituto Reciclar and a board member of the Women in Operations Institute (MEO). Roberta also teaches as a guest lecturer at the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and Aberje.
