Deepali advises clients on reputation-shaping moments related to DEI, social issues response, culture and talent initiatives and DEI activism.
Deepali is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and leaders on DEI recalibration and stakeholder engagement. Previously, as a Managing Partner for DEI, Deepali led the internal efforts and reported directly to the CEO.
In her prior role, at The Medici Group, she led the Client Success team to deliver enterprise-wide solutions for creating high performing teams. At Catalyst, Deepali led the largest market—USA and APAC—across 350+ supporter companies from S&P500 and F1000 companies. She led the global expansion of Catalyst into India, managed a CEO-level advisory board and launched Catalyst’s Inclusive Leadership Initiative.
Deepali has served on the NY Board of Girls Leadership and Advisory Committee for 92Ys Women in Power program. Deepali holds a PhD in Social Work & Social Research from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania and a Master’s in Social Work and Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from the University of Delhi in India.
Leveraging her extensive research, consulting, management, community organizing and coaching expertise, Deepali empowers CXOs and leaders to prioritize, take action and amplify their DE&I impact, strengthen stakeholder trust and manage reputation risk. As a lead partner for the DE&I practice at Brunswick Group, Deepali advises clients on DE&I risks and opportunities and how to engage stakeholders in their DE&I ambition and progress.

Deepali is a sought-after speaker and facilitator, nationally and globally, and has published research, courseware, and guides on inclusive leadership, gender/race/ethnicity, and global diversity and inclusion.
