Oscar advises clients on critical issues, with a focus on Capital Markets, Crisis and Employee Engagement. His work focuses on challenges with high-stakes communication components, such as IPOs, M&A, senior leadership changes and strategy support.

Oscar joined Brunswick in 2011 as an Executive with the firm’s Stockholm office, focusing on the sectors Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Financial Services in the Nordic area. Oscar is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics.

In his work, Oscar has worked with some of the most high profile issues in the Nordics, such as the cross-border acquisition when Nokia acquired Alcatel Lucent, Activision’s acquisition of game developer King, EQT’s LBO of IFS and numerous undisclosed crisis mandates.
