Celia works with clients on their most critical issues, including crises, litigation, regulation and public policy, geopolitics, transactions, governance, employee engagement, and media engagement, among others. She is an active member of the firm’s technology, media and telecoms (TMT) group.
Celia joined Brunswick from Sard Verbinnen & Co, a strategic communications firm. She was previously a litigator at Cooley LLP representing prominent technology clients. She was also an editor at Mother Jones, where she led the investigative magazine’s research team and worked alongside legal counsel to vet reporting prior to publication. Celia began her career as a capital defense investigator in Alabama and Georgia.
She holds a J.D from the University of California, Berkeley Law and a B.A with honors in Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity from Stanford University.
