Justine is a member of our pharmaceutical and biotech team, joining Brunswick in 2005 from the International Health Care Investment Banking Team at SG Cowen where she advised on a wide range of IPOs, secondary fundraisings, private equity placements and M&A transactions within the European Biotechnology/Specialty Pharmaceuticals sector.

Justine has a PhD in molecular medicine from the University of Edinburgh where she also gained a BSc Honours degree in Pharmacology. Justine has a diploma in accountancy and finance from the University of Westminster and is SFA qualified. Justine is also part of Brunswick's IPO practice and has recently advised on several offerings on the LSE main board, AIM and Euronext.
