In telecoms our clients range from the largest national and international network operators to new market entrants, representing fixed line, cable and mobile. We also work with infrastructure owners and investors. We have significant experience of mergers and acquisitions, refinancings and regulatory reform (at both national and European level), as well as strategic research and corporate reputation programs. In technology, we are retained by a range of companies, from the more established listed companies to smaller entities. We engage with them often before and during IPOs and also have wide experience with financings and mergers and acquisitions in the sector. We advise our clients on a day-to-day basis on financial calendar as well as corporate communications and positioning.
